# FulfillRelay

FulfillRelay and FulfillRelay Returns are independent sister products sharing this website. FulfillRelay is a Shopify application operated by Boreal Meridian Commerce Inc. It helps retailers coordinate paid supplier orders, exact SKU mappings, supplier acceptance, Shopify payment evidence, fulfillment tracking, and two-stage returns with suppliers they already know.

## FulfillRelay Returns (standalone returns app)

FulfillRelay Returns is a separate Shopify app for customer returns, published September 9, 2026. It offers a branded verified portal, published rules, manual decisions, optional AI evidence review and return-label PDF uploads. Plans: Free (5 cases/month), Starter $19 (50), Growth $49 (300), Pro $99 (1,000); each includes the same count of optional AI reviews. Prices are USD; paid plans bill every 30 days. ## Primary product facts

- Each paid Shopify order line is evaluated independently.
- Only lines mapped to a supplier are routed to that supplier's Shopify store.
- If no line is mapped to a supplier, no order is created for that supplier.
- Unmapped lines remain visible exceptions; they are not silently routed.
- Suppliers operate from their own Shopify store without retailer staff access.
- FulfillRelay does not discover suppliers, hold funds, store card details, or make automatic refund decisions.
