No. Connect Shopify suppliers you already work with. Agree your products and terms before routing orders.
Who needs to install and subscribe?
The retailer and supplier each install FulfillRelay in their own Shopify store. Retailer plans start at $49 USD/month. Supplier Connect is free; Supplier Pro adds optional features.
Do I also need FulfillRelay Returns?
Not automatically. FulfillRelay includes customer returns and connected-supplier coordination within Main plan limits. Compare the apps if you only need standalone customer return management.
